Do you ship outside the U.S?

We currently only ship to U.S.

What are your shipping charges?
A:
We ship via USPS and charge a flat rate of $5.95 within the U.S. All orders over $75 will receive FREE shipping! We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Q: Sales Tax
Do you charge Sales Tax?
A:
Sales Tax of 6% is charged on all orders sold to a Connecticut buyer. No sales tax is charged to U.S. buyers outside of Connecticut.

What is turn around time for my order?
A:
We do our best to fill and ship orders within 5-7 business days. Often orders ship within 2-3 days!
Q: Return policy
What is your return policy?
A:
If an error has occurred on our end, we will happily replace any item that is not correct. Otherwise we do not accept returns.
Q: Gifts
I'm buying to give as a gift... will you ship directly to the receiver?
A:
Yes! Just enter the shipping information and any additional information (i.e. This is a gift.) at the time of check-out. We'll even be happy to add a gift note with your personal message. Simply add that information upon check-out.

Our products are packaged in resealable, biodegradable cello bags.

If I sign-up for your newsletter or register for services, will you share my information with a third party?
A:
All information collected (i.e. email address, shipping, billing) is strictly used by Easton Place Designs and no other party. Your information will never be sold or given to a third party.

What is a "Euro Point Flap"?
A:
Most of our envelopes feature a European Point Flat which describes the deep pointed flap on the back of the envelope. Our envelopes are pictured in several of our images.
